CAROL’S RIGHT FOOT by Mandy Matchett

THE KIDS NEXT DOOR ARE SAD AND BLUE.

CAROL CAN’T PUT ON HER RIGHT SHOE.

UNTIL YOU’RE UP AND ON THE GO…

WE PRAY GOD BLESSES YOUR BIG TOE.

IN THE MEAN TIME IF YOU NEED SOME HELP…

ALL WE NEED IS A LITTLE BITTY YELP!

PLEASE DON’T FEEL THAT YOU’LL BE A BOTHER…

WE JUST NEED TO HEAR YOU HOLLER!

YOU SHOULDN’T BE STANDING ON YOUR FEET.

SO COME WITH US AND WE’LL GO EAT.

THERE’S A NEW RESTAURANT OPENED IN TOWN.

WE’LL COME AND GET’CHA AT 6:00, HOW DOES THAT SOUND?

GIVE US A CALL AND DO IT IN A HURRY…

LET US KNOW QUICK, SO WE DON’T HAVE TO WORRY!

Carol received this wonderful card from a thirteen year old neighbor girl several years ago when she lived near Wichita, Kansas.

As Carol was entering the building where she worked, due to the positive pressure created by the air conditioning inside the building, the door came open further than she had planned, and sliced through her right big toe. Mandy and her family felt so bad for Carol, they made this card for her.

Carol now lives in Grant, Nebraska and has lived in the southwest part of that state for most of her life.
